The Pizza approached us about a potential branding opportunity for their restaurant in Edmonton. In his new rebranding, owner didn’t want to insert any logo or icons, just the word "The Pizza”. Pizza is a typical Italian dish and owner is a typical Italian boy. The pizza identifies him because it is universal, everyone likes it and is the subject of international polemics and criticism. Pizza is round, it is the same from any point of view, so is the business card with the mirrored inscription “pizza”. When he gives clients his business card, they are always surprised and smile, just like when we get a nice freshly baked pizza. Among other things, the business card can be used as a glass coaster so, while we eat our pizza, we also drink a nice cold beer, which never hurts.
